I have noticed recently more then ever that this style of watch is becoming more of a fashion trend rather then a necessity for nurses. They are available in a wide range of colours and styles for everyone's personal taste and many can be bought for a reasonable price.
I think it's a good idea if you work in a particular industry that means a watch clipped to your clothes is needed. As a fashion statement; i'm not so sure.
